Training Programs

Quality, leadership, and management

We offer many open-enrollment courses or can design customized programs to help our partners, to implement effective solutions. This training can occur on campus, in your company's training facility, or even on the production floor.

We have had the pleasure of assisting many businesses within Rutherford and Polk Counties for training purposes. The training that is provided allows our staff to collaborate with your organization to assist in achieving your goals. At ICC, we are here to support your long-term aspirations through our proactive training programs and meet the educational needs of your business.

Let us help you make a difference!

ICC can help you find training solutions when:

  • Process variation is high and you need Six Sigma skills to analyze and correct the problem
  • You want to enhance production efficiencies and competitive skills are needed in your organization
  • You are considering a project that will significantly alter the way business is done and/or that will affect many people across multiple departments
  • Scrap rates or rework is persistently high

  • You have employees promoted into roles with little or no leadership training and development
  • There are training needs but no existing program to meet those needs and customized materials should be developed
