How to clear your cache

If you are experiencing issues with a page not loading correctly, it may be beneficial to clear your cache in your browser to remove any files or cookies that were temporarily saved by your computer.

 

Chrome: Clear Browsing Data

In Google Chrome, clearing the cache is done via the Clear browsing data area in Settings.

  1. Tap or click the Menu button (the icon with three stacked dots) followed by More tools and finally Clear browsing data or go to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Choose Browsing History, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files from the list. Select a time range longer than the last time you would have visited the site. Select All time if unknown.
  3. Finish by confirming with the Clear Data button.

Edge: Clear Browsing Data

  • Select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > History.
  • In the dialog box that appears, select the new Menu (3 dots) and choose Clear browsing data
  • Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select the Clear button.

Firefox: Clear Recent History

  • In Mozilla's Firefox browser, select History at the top of the screen, followed by Clear recent history from the menu
  • From the dialog box, select the Cookies and Cache options.
  • Select a time range longer than the last time you would have visited the site. Select All time if unknown.
  • Then confirm with the OK button.

Safari: Clear History

  • With a keyboard, select History from the menu at the top of the screen, followed by Clear History.
  • Select a time range longer than the last time you would have visited the site. Select All time if unknown
  • Then confirm with the Clear history button.
