Listed below are the instructions for requesting test scores. Testing Center staff may only release scores for tests administered by Isothermal Community College. If you tested at another collegiate institution, you must request your test scores from that institution.
Download the Placement Assessment Score Request Form and return to the Testing Center. Allow 2-3 business days for requests to be processed.
If you are requesting verification of your high school equivalency diploma for admission to Isothermal Community College, complete the Verification Form and return it to the Testing Center for processing. Allow 2-3 business days for requests to be completed. ICC Admissions verification services are only available for individuals who completed their high school equivalency credential through Isothermal Community College. Please note if you completed your GED prior to 2002, the Testing Center may not have a copy of your record on file. In this event, you must request your Official High School Equivalency Transcript.
All employment verifications, official high school equivalency transcripts, and duplicate high school equivalency diplomas must be obtained through the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS). Follow the directions on the NCCCS website and complete the necessary steps. Most collegiate institutions and some employers require an official transcript for admissions and hiring purposes. Isothermal Community College is unable to release official high school equivalency transcripts and diplomas.
TEAS score reports may be obtained by visiting www.atitesting.com.
Login with the username/password that you created prior to taking your test. Navigate to the Online Store and select TEAS transcript.
