Direct Connections: Our University Partners

Isothermal Community College has many partnerships with four-year universities that guarantee your credits will transfer smoothly toward a higher degree. These agreements act as a "credit-transfer roadmap," ensuring you don't have to retake or pay for the same classes twice once you move on from ICC.

Here’s how they work:

Statewide Agreements

These agreements apply to many public and private colleges across North Carolina. When you complete your general education requirements at Isothermal, participating universities accept them as a complete package.

Co-Admissions

Through co-admissions, you are accepted to Isothermal and your partner university at the same time. You get the benefits of access to advisors and resources at both institutions from day one, making the move to your four-year degree completely seamless.
