Isothermal Community College’s employment salary plan provides for salaries for all employees that will attract and retain qualified individuals. The goal of the salary plan is to attract and retain qualified individuals by providing salaries on the basis of the external market and internal equity.
The President is hereby authorized to develop salary plans for faculty and staff consistent with this Policy.
