Student Fees

Student Activity Fee: Curriculum students, with the exception of high school students enrolled under North Carolina’s Career and College Promise program, are required to pay the activity fee. For the most current information regarding the student activity fee, students should consult the College Catalog and Student Handbook.

Students enrolled in curriculum and eligible continuing education courses are issued student identification (ID) cards free of charge. Students seeking a college issued identification card should be prepared to provide a government issued proof of identification such as a valid driver’s license. For current information regarding fees associated with the issuance of state identification cards, students should refer to www.dmv.org.

Academic, technology, and other related fees: Required fees for specific programs and courses are published in the College Catalog and Student Handbook.

Online identity verification: Isothermal Community College does not charge a fee related to the verification of a student’s identity in distance learning courses.
