Establishing and Terminating Curriculum

All new programs offered by the College must be approved by the Board of Trustees, the North Carolina Community College System Office and, when required, the State Board of Community Colleges. All approved programs and courses should be contained in the College’s Catalog. The continued operation of any curriculum program is dependent upon adequate state funds and sufficient enrollment in the program. The President, in collaboration with faculty and staff, shall develop procedures for the implementation of this policy. Reference: 1D SBCCC 400.6
