Isothermal Computer Coding Camp

In summer 2024, Isothermal will host its second annual Summer Coding Camp. This camp will allow students to engage in a hands-on project-based learning focused on learning and developing augmented reality coding skills. The camp will make use of Isothermal computer labs. This program will introduce students to coding with Meta Spark studio and the concept of extended reality (XR). The purpose of this summer camp is to introduce rising 10-12th graders to coding through the lens of AR development. Participants will leave with an understanding of the industry, its impact on business and industry, and learn through hands-on and explorative activities.

Student Applications:

Applications are taken until all camp spaces are filled with a deadline of June 21, 2024. The application must include an essay describing your interest in attending the camp.

Program Cost:

The registration cost for this camp is normally $400, but $0 in 2023 due to generous support from our sponsor Meta.

Where: Isothermal Community College in Spindale
