Recognition of Employees

STATE SERVICE AWARDS

It is the intent of the college to recognize those who have served the college with a service award for ten years of service. After ten years of service at Isothermal, employees will be recognized at five year increments for total service to include college and state service years. State Service recognition includes one award from the appropriate service award level selected by the employee to be presented at an annual event for employees in lieu of the award, the recipient may choose a donation to an Isothermal Community College fund (example: ICC Polk Foundation, New Century Scholars) in recognition of the employee.

RETIREMENT RECOGNITION

It is the intent of the college to formally recognize those who have served and who have retired from service to Isothermal Community College with ten or more years of service. Retirees will be recognized at an annual event and presented with a rocking chair or chair with the College insignia or a donation to an Isothermal Community College fund (example: ICC Polk Foundation, New Century Scholars) in recognition of the employee.
