Admissions Packets

Please be advised that the last Foothills Nursing Consortium (FNC) generic (five semester) cohort will begin in August 2021 and graduate in May 2023. The last FNC LPN-to-ADN class will join the generic cohort in January 2022 and finish in May 2023. Any student who gets off track for completion while admitted to the FNC will need to reapply to their respective community college and complete there.

In January 2022, students will apply to the Associate Degree Nursing program at the individual community colleges: Cleveland Community College, Isothermal Community College or McDowell Technical Community College as each will begin their own ADN program.
