Spring 2019 Priority Deadline Information:

Financial Aid priority deadline is November 19, 2018.  In order to guarantee your aid is processed, if you are eligible, you must complete the steps below by this date.   If you plan on using financial aid for payment of tuition for the spring semester and have not met the priority deadline, you MUST complete the steps below before beginning the registration process.  If you register for classes during open registration October 22 through November 30, 2018, payment for spring classes will be due by November 30, 2018.  Your financial aid file must be complete by this time.  If you register during final registration on January 3 or 4, 2019, your file must be complete by January 4 in order to guarantee your classes do not get purged.  Please be sure you are completing the 2018-2019 FAFSA application.

Steps to complete your Financial Aid:

  1. Apply for residency and admission, submit all high school transcripts or GED scores, and complete the placement test, if needed.  Students should check with the Admissions Office for further requirements.
  2. Complete and submit the 2018-2019 FAFSA at least two weeks prior to payment being due. FAFSA applications are available online at
  3. Complete and return all requested paperwork sent from ICC following your FAFSA application. You can view missing documents or view your award letter on your Patriot Port account.

Students who complete their file after the deadline will have their financial aid file reviewed and processed as quickly as possible, however we cannot ensure that your financial aid will be available at the start of the semester. Initially it is possible that you may be required to pay for your tuition and books out of pocket. If you are eligible once your file has been processed, you may qualify for a reimbursement.  For more information, please visit our Dates and Deadlines page.
