Out of State Tuition?
We do not charge out of state tuition for our truck driving school. You pay the same costs as if you were a full time resident of our area. The only additional cost would be the transfer of your CDL to the state you want to live in.

We welcome your questions and your visit. For a free tour simply contact Van Bridges, 828-286-3636, ext 221 or email him vbridges@isothermal.edu to set up a time. We will answer any questions, show you our trucks, let you see our classroom and give you a ride. We want to be sure all your questions are answered before you decide which trucking school to enroll in. There is no hard sell, just a friendly visit so you feel comfortable with our program.

Where Are We Located?
Our truck driving school rests at the foot of the mountains in Southwestern North Carolina. Spindale, North Carolina is our home. The Blue Ridge Mountains give you a great driving experience. We are within easy reach of Asheville, Charlotte, and Hickory North Carolina as well as Spartanburg/Greenville, South Carolina. How Many Out of the Area Students Attend Your School?
About one-third of our students do not live in North Carolina. They find affordable housing during their time in our truck driving school. Students come from every area of the United Sates including Alaska.

What About Housing Costs?
We have arrangements with a variety of housing options designed to give you the best possible experience in our truck driving program.
