	TALC Enhancing Systems and Processes (E.S.P.) Taskforce
The TALC ESP Taskforce was formed in January 1999 and its charge includes: reviewing institutional processes and their support of our learning initiative improving policies, procedures, and guidelines that are supportive of learning guiding institutional priorities through informed change enhancing systems and processes removing barriers to student success strengthening independence of students identifying, prioritizing, and/or correcting institutional practices or policies that reduce staff effectiveness TALC ESP 2005 Progress TALC ESP 2004 History of Activities
