The Student Government Association (SGA) is the Isothermal Community College student body's self government. It strives to promote the interests of the student population of the College by taking steps to improve its facilities for students, faculty and staff, planning student activity functions and assisting other student organizations on special projects under the direction of the Student Affairs staff. All students who pay a student activity fee are eligible to become members of the SGA and are also entitled to vote in the SGA elections held during Sports Day each academic year.RUN for an SGA office! Students interested in becoming a SGA officer must have at least a 2.0 GPA and complete and submit a Candidate Filing Form, available in the Career Center or online for download here. Candidate filing forms must be completed and returned to Kimberly Snyder, SGA Advisor, by noon, Wednesday, April 9, 2008. Elections will be held on Sports Day. Advisor: Kimberly Snyder, 286-3636, Ext. 384
