Scholarships are offered to students enrolled in two year technical programs. 

Recipients must be enrolled full time in the second year of a two-year technical program at a North Carolina community college. The student must demonstrate financial need and scholastic promise. The scholarship may be used to pay for books, tuition, and transportation.

One scholarship is awarded annually in the amount of $500 ($250 per semester)
