Fall 2015 Deadline Reminder:
If you plan on using financial aid for payment of tuition, you MUST complete the steps below before beginning the registration process. If you take advantage of open registration, payment for Fall classes will be due the week of July 13 - 16. If you register during last chance registration, your file must be complete byJune 25, 2015 in order to guarantee your aid will be processed before the 2015 Fall term begins. If you are a current student and are receiving Financial Aid for Summer, you MUST renew your FAFSA for the Fall 2015 semester.
Steps to complete your Financial Aid:
- Apply for admission, submit all high school transcripts or GED scores, and complete the placement test, if needed.
- Complete and submit the FAFSA at least two weeks prior to payment being due. FAFSA applications are available online at www.fafsa.gov.
- Complete and return all requested paperwork sent from ICC following your FAFSA application. We will send an e-mail as well as mail a letter to you once we have downloaded your FAFSA requesting any missing info to complete your file.
Students should check with the Admissions Office for further requirements.
Students who complete their file after the deadline will have their financial aid file reviewed and processed as quickly as possible, however we cannot ensure that your financial aid will be available at the start of the semester. Initially it is possible that you may be required to pay for your tuition and books out of pocket. If you are eligible, once your file has been processed and your award letter signed, you may qualify for a reimbursement.
