Private Aid is aid which the student locates through an individualized search for resources to fund his/her education.  It does not revolve around the FAFSA.  This utilizes unlimited amounts of sources.  Examples of private aid are:

	Churches and associations
	Clubs
	Foundations
	Community Organizations
	Free Scholarship Searches such as FASTWEB
	Professional Organizations
	Aid for future nurses and teachers such as Nurse Scholars Program; Prospective Teacher Scholarship Loan
