Designed for people whose native language is not English, this class welcomes students who want to improve their English as well as those who are just beginning to learn the language.

Class Schedule

Spindale Campus,
Continuing Education Annex
Monday & Wednesday,
8 am-11 am & 1 pm-3 pm
Friday, 8 am-11 am
Tuesday & Thursday, 6 pm-9 pm
Polk Campus Monday-Thursday, 9 am-12 Noon
Monday & Wednesday evenings, 5 pm-9 pm

Classes available year-round on both the Spindale and Polk Campuses. 

Students may enter the class at any time during scheduled hours and are encouraged to attend for whatever time they can during those designated class hours. Both conversational and written skills are taught in a multilevel setting to meet the needs of non-English speaking as well as more fluent students.
