The Foundation PACC

The Foundation is a performing arts and conference center for the benefit and use of the college and community.  The Foundation seeks to provide diverse performing arts based multicultural program as well as a space which can be used by individuals, businesses, and organizations, regardless of regardless of age, gender, socio-economic status, ethnic origin, race, religion or disabilities. Events at The Foundation are attended, in general, moderately— even less so for those minorities.  Attendance can range anywhere from 50–650 individuals.

  • Grace of God Mission (homeless shelter) Benefit Show  (June 2007)
  • “God of a Second Chance” (African-American produced play)  (June & August 2007)
  • Habitat for Humanity fundraiser    (September 2007)]
  • New Century Scholars Induction    (September 2007)
  • NC Dance Theatre residency in public middle schools  (October 2007)
  • Rutherford County Symphony free concert for public school 4th/5th grades  (Nov. 2007)
  • DSS Adoption Banquet   (November 2007)
  • Red Cross Fundraiser   (December 2007)
  • Kidney Association Fundraiser (January 2007)
  • Rutherford County Symphony free public performance  (January 2008)
  • Afro-American Club Gospel Explosion   (February 2008)
  • Cultural Events Poetry Slam (March 2008)  open and free to all

  • Harlem Gospel Choir concert
  • Hiromi (Japanese pianist) concert
