LICENSE TO OPERATE
Every North Carolina home-schooled student must submit a photocopy of the card

please submit whatever verification is provided by that State.

DUAL/CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT
Home-schooled students 18 years of age or younger, and still enrolled in at
least 50% of a high school course load are potentially eligible to participate
in the dual/concurrent enrollment program. Please be aware that to qualify for
dual enrollment, home-school students will still need to submit the
‘verification card’ noted in the license to operate paragraph above. However,
transcripts are not required unless it is to provide SAT or ACT scores, in which
case the transcripts must be notarized and sent to Isothermal Community
College’s Admission Department in an envelope sealed by the Home-School
Administrator.
